These prices are $3.00 per serving for round, square or rectangular cakes.  It will be $3.50 per serving for heart, petal, octagonal or hex shapes.
 
The "Flowers/Decor" column is the approximate price that is added on to the cake if you want sugar or fresh flowers, or more intricate decor.
 
Rolled fondant is .75cents per serving extra for white or tinted and $1.00 per serving extra for chocolate or white chocolate.
Rolled fondant covers the buttercream.  It is usually rolled to 1/8" thick and placed over each tier of a cake.
It give a nice smooth, elegant look which accepts royal icing piping nicely and allows things to be attached to it.
It also holds up better to warmer temperatures in the event of an outdoor wedding.  I personally do not recommend having a wedding cake outside in Florida at any time of the year.
The frosting under the fondant should be light colored unless using a tinted or chocolate fondant.

  • You can have two different flavors for different levels at no extra charge.
  • Tiering hardware is a one time charge, not refundable and variable depending on extent of tiering.  For example one set of push-in pillars would be $5, this tiers one cake level.  Plated tiering with the Grecian-style pillars would be $15 per tier.  
  • Round and square silver cake stands, and acrylic graduated height cake stands are available at an additional charge and with a refundable deposit.  Other stands may be available with enough notice.

SHEETCAKE PRICES FOR WEDDINGS
All sheetcakes are scored per serving and decorated with the same colors and designs of bridal cakes.  They are two layers of cake and one layer of filling.  No rolled fondant is used on the sheetcakes.

CUPCAKES start at $1.75 each with buttercream icing and a simple buttercream flower on top.
 
MINI CAKES start at $8.00 each, are 3" in diameter with 2 cake layers and one filling layer, iced in buttercream or glazed in chocolate with a simple butercream flower on top.
